Reasons you fall over

Reasons you fall over when trail running;

1) You're a road runner

2) You're a novice to trail running

3) You're running too fast (and possibly a combination of 1 & 2) 

4) It's muddy af

5) Limestone 

6) You're wearing the wrong type of trainer

7) There is no right type of trainer

8) You're not looking where you're planting your feet

9) Your on leash dog is dragging you and it's a technical trail

10) Your off leash/ free dog is under your feet

11) Someone else's off leash dog is under your feet 

12) It's a very technical trail

13) No reason, you just do

14) You're just shit at it ..!

15) If you do fall over a lot, and have concerns, go see your GP...
